What Manual Work Is Costing You Now

Count the people who re-key orders, update spreadsheets and build reports by hand, and how long it takes them. You will see what that costs a year, and how many months a package takes to repay it.

The package repays itself in about 5.8 months from time saved alone, before counting fewer errors and faster reporting.

Estimate my ERP free

5 people × 8 hours a week × 52 weeks × 50% = 1,040 hours a year × $30 an hour = $31,200. $15,000 ÷ $2,600 a month.

Hourly cost should include wages and overheads. License or hosting costs are extra; the estimator at the top shows them.

An ERP System We Built, From Its Own Dashboards

The figures below come straight from the client's Odoo dashboards. The client's name is withheld, so the system is shown by industry, and we show what the system runs rather than the client's sales.

A furniture manufacturer running production and sales in one Odoo system

A furniture manufacturer makes its own products and sells them through a large home furnishings retailer, its own Shopify store and direct orders. We built its operations on Odoo with custom modules, so production, stock, every sales channel and incoming payments live in one system with one dashboard.

  • A custom operations hub: manufacturing orders, bills of materials, cost roll-up and a delivery calendar
  • Shopify orders, refunds, payouts and products synced into Odoo automatically
  • Retail partner invoices imported and matched line by line against orders
  • Card payments, fees and transfers imported from the payment gateway

Why Most ERP Projects Slip, and How We Stop It

ERP projects rarely fail on software. They slip on unclear scope, messy data and teams who were never trained.

Good ERP development services start with the way your business works, not with a list of modules. We map the process, fix the scope and the date in writing, move clean data, and train the people who will use it every day.

$8.95per user a month for Odoo Standard, billed yearly
$16.40per user a month for Odoo Custom, needed for custom modules and integrations
$0license fee for ERPNext, which is open source

ERP System Development, From Map to Go-Live

Four stages for every ERP application development project, whichever platform you choose. The go-live date is agreed at the end of the first.

  1. 1

    Map

Weeks 1 and 2: your processes mapped, the scope and apps agreed, and the go-live date written down.

  2. 2

    Configure

Apps set up for your workflows, with custom modules where the standard ones fall short.

  3. 3

    Migrate

Data moved from spreadsheets and old systems, integrations built and tested with your team.

  4. 4

    Go live

Training, go-live, then 30 days of support while the team settles in.

Odoo

A complete ERP with apps for sales, inventory, accounting, manufacturing, HR and more.

How we work with itWe set up and connect the apps you need, and build custom modules on Odoo's Custom plan where required.

Odoo publishes its per-user price, so the full cost is clear before you start.

Map, Configure, Migrate, Go Live

Many ERP projects start by installing everything and working out the process later. We map first, because the process decides the apps, the data and the date.

  1. 1

    Map

Processes, scope, apps and the go-live date, agreed in writing.

    Weeks 1 and 2
  2. 2

    Configure

Apps set up for your workflows; custom modules where needed.

    Weeks 2 to 6
  3. 3

    Migrate

Clean data loaded, integrations built and tested with real orders.

    Weeks 4 to 8
  4. 4

    Go live

Training by role, go-live, then 30 days of support.

    By the agreed date

Why the order matters: a system configured before the process is mapped gets rebuilt later, and that is where most ERP budgets and dates slip.

The Difference, Shown on One Order

Here is an example of what changes for a typical distributor moving from spreadsheets to one system.

Buyer asks: where is this order, and do we have the stock?

Spreadsheets and email

The order arrives by email and is typed into a spreadsheet, then again into the accounting tool.

Stock is checked by calling the warehouse, and the monthly report takes two people most of a day.

What the team can answer

Order entered onceNo
Stock visible in real timeNo
Invoice created from the orderNo
Report without manual workNo
One version of the numbersNo

Every order is typed two or three times, and nobody trusts the stock figure.

We Take the Risk, Not You

Two promises. One covers you before you sign. The other covers you if we miss the date.

If we are the wrong fit

If scoping shows Odoo, ERPNext or a custom build is the wrong answer for you, we say so before you sign.

Some businesses are better off with the tools they have. We would rather tell you than sell you a system.

If we miss the date

The go-live date is written into your scope. If we miss it for reasons on our side, we keep working at no charge until you are live.

Scope changes you ask for re-date the plan in writing, so the promise always matches the work.

What the date asks of you

Read out on the scoping call, not hidden in an appendix. The date only holds when both sides know what it rests on.

  1. Scope agreed in writing before work starts.
  2. Data exports and system access within five working days.
  3. A named project owner on your side who can decide within three working days.
  4. Licenses or hosting bought on time, from Odoo or Frappe Cloud as agreed.
  5. Key users attend training before go-live.

Why We Cannot Take Every Project

No countdown clocks and no invented urgency. Three real numbers, and the reason behind each.

6

New clients each month

Across all our services. ERP projects need our developers from the first week, so we start only what we can finish on time.

3

Working days for decisions

Dates slip when decisions wait. A named owner on your side who decides within three days keeps the plan on track.

30

Days of support after go-live

Included in every package, while the team settles in.

A strong fit

  • You run on spreadsheets and several disconnected toolsand the same data is typed more than once
  • Distributors, manufacturers, retailers and serviceswith stock, orders or projects to track
  • You can name a project ownerwho decides quickly and knows the process
  • You want a fixed price and a daterather than an open-ended hourly project

Probably not yet

  • A team of two or three with simple needsAccounting software may be enough for now
  • Nobody can own the projectERP needs decisions from inside the business
  • You want every feature on day oneStart with the core, then add apps once it runs
  • You need it live next weekLaunch takes 30 days, and that is already fast

Questions We Hear on Every Scoping Call

What is ERP software development?
It is setting up or building one system that runs your orders, stock, purchasing, accounting and reporting, so data is entered once and everyone works from the same numbers. It can mean configuring Odoo or ERPNext, building custom modules, or building a custom ERP.
How much does ERP software development cost?
Our fixed-price packages are $6,000 for up to 3 apps and 15 users, $15,000 for up to 7 apps with data migration and two integrations, and from $30,000 for custom modules, several companies or a custom build. Licenses or hosting are paid to the vendor; the estimator shows both.
Odoo, ERPNext or a custom ERP: which should we choose?
Odoo suits most businesses that want a complete system with a clear per-user price. ERPNext suits businesses that want open source with no license fee. A custom ERP makes sense only when your processes cannot fit either. We recommend one on the scoping call and explain why.
How long does an ERP implementation take?
Launch goes live in 30 days and Growth in 60, from signed scope. Larger projects get a date in scoping. The date is written into your scope and backed by our go-live guarantee.
What happens if you miss the go-live date?
If we miss it for reasons on our side, we keep working at no charge until you are live. Changes you ask for are priced and re-dated in writing first, so the promise always matches the work.
Can you move our data from spreadsheets and old systems?
Yes. Data migration is part of Growth and Scale: customers, products, stock, open orders and balances cleaned, mapped and test-loaded before go-live.
Who offers cloud-based ERP development services?
We do, on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or Frappe Cloud, or on your own servers if you prefer. The estimator shows the license or hosting cost for each option.
Do you build custom ERP software?
Yes, as a Scale project, when your processes do not fit Odoo or ERPNext. Custom ERP software development costs more and takes longer, so we only recommend it after ruling out the platforms.
Are you an ERP software development company in the USA?
Yes. We serve US businesses from our teams in the USA, the UK and Dubai, with scoping calls, weekly updates and a named project lead. Training and go-live support happen online.
What does support cost after go-live?
The first 30 days are included. After that, support starts at $1,000 a month for changes, updates and help, and it is optional.
Do we own the system?
Yes. Your data, your configuration and any custom code are yours, and the admin handbook documents how it is set up.
What does the free scoping call involve?
A look at your current tools and the apps you need before the call, then 30 minutes on scope, platform and a realistic go-live date. You get a draft scope either way.
