Furniture Manufacturer Odoo ERP Case Study: One System for It All

A furniture manufacturer makes its own products and sells them through a large home furnishings retailer, its own Shopify store and direct orders. We built its operations on Odoo with custom modules, so production, stock, every sales channel and incoming payments live in one system with one dashboard.

What We Did

A custom operations hub: manufacturing orders, bills of materials, cost roll-up and a delivery calendar
Shopify orders, refunds, payouts and products synced into Odoo automatically
Retail partner invoices imported and matched line by line against orders
Card payments, fees and transfers imported from the payment gateway

The Results

Every retail invoice line matched, 200 of 200, with 839 Shopify products syncing at 100% health and production costed across 1,032 bills of materials, all in the same Odoo system.
