Who We Are

ClicksBracket runs clicksbracket.com and decides how your information is used. Our teams work from the USA, the UK and Dubai.

What We Collect

What you type into our forms and tools: your name, work email, website, company, phone number if you give it, your message and the answers you enter in a tool, such as your industry or budget.

When you book a call: the time you picked and your time zone.

When you subscribe to new guides: your email address, used only to send them until you unsubscribe.

How you reached us: the page you used, campaign tags in the link you followed and the site that sent you, such as a search engine or an AI assistant.

For spam protection: a scrambled, one way code made from your internet address. We never keep the address itself.

Analytics, only if you agree: Google Analytics counts visits and pages viewed. If you say no, it does not load at all.

Why We Use It

To reply to you, book and run the call you asked for, prepare the proposal or audit you requested and send what we promised.

To keep the site safe and stop spam and abuse.

With your consent, to understand which pages help people so we can improve them.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not add you to a newsletter without asking.

Our Legal Reasons

Under UK and EU data protection law we rely on taking steps you asked for before a possible contract (replying, booking the call, preparing a proposal), our legitimate interest in running a safe business site, and your consent for analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who Handles It for Us

Google Workspace (Google LLC) runs our email, calendar and video calls, so your details and the call booking are stored there.

Contabo GmbH hosts the website and the database where form submissions are kept.

Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures visits, only after you agree.

Each of them handles the information only to provide their service to us, under data processing terms. Some of them store data in the United States; where the law requires it, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses.

How Long We Keep It

Form submissions and booking details: 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what the contract and tax law need.

Newsletter addresses: until you unsubscribe.

Analytics data: 14 months.

Your Rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information (access), correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, move it to another provider, and withdraw consent for analytics.

If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the right to know what we collect, to correct and delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

To use any right, email our privacy address. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or your local data protection authority.

Cookies and Your Choice

The site itself works without cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies only after you choose Accept in the notice. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Big changes that affect how we use your information are also shown on the site.
